JobsNailed provides AI-powered voice receptionist services for contractors. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
All prices are in US dollars. You will be notified before any overage charges are applied.
The initial bot build is provided at no charge. A one-time integration fee applies upon your explicit approval before the service goes live. No charges are made without your approval. You are under no obligation to proceed after the free build.
JobsNailed provides technology tools. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, call volumes, lead conversions, or revenue results. Performance depends on many factors outside our control including your business, market, and call volume.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to deceive consumers in violation of applicable law, to harass or defraud callers, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobsNailed and Anahit Yeprikyan IE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Either party may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice to nick@getjobsnailed.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.
All bot scripts, workflows, and configurations built by JobsNailed remain the intellectual property of Anahit Yeprikyan IE until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, client receives a non-exclusive license to use the configured system.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
